An ESOP Company
Effective January 1, 2004 Bingaman & Son Lumber Inc. adopted and established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and related Trust. It has always been the philosophy of the company’s owners to share the success of the company with its employees. In September of 2006 the first shares of company stock were purchased by the ESOP making our employees part owners in the company for the first time in its history. This small step will hopefully be one of many more to come. At Bingaman & Son Lumber, Inc., we believe in employee ownership.
